To cut to the point, I can save $96+ and learn about all of these parts, and replace them with whatever works better.

Obsidian is a great place to start for creating .md files and linking ideas together it has a paid service to get something similar to the final result
I get here. Currently, this site should cost me only the domain name while cloudflare offers a free plan for static site workers.
If you've copied the whole obsidian project as a start, you should already have the plugins and hotkeys ready.
How to publish:
Open the obsidian project, make the changes you want.
Be sure to add any new pages to the build settings for the Webpage HTML Exportplugin
If you press the hotkey, it will prompt you.
on Mac:
Press command-\ and then command-]
on Windows:
Press ctrl-\ and then ctrl-]
This will trigger Webpage HTML Export using the previous settings and git commit and sync.
if you are switching computers, you'll need to change the publishing folder.
For example,
C:\\Users\username\iCloudDrive\iCloud~md~obsidian\n2-n\public
will need to be changed to:
/Users/username/Library/Mobile Documents/iCloud~md~obsidian/Documents/n2-n/public
when I move back to my laptop.
